We are a fun-loving, very young at heart group of ladies who are active
in many missions at the local, national, and international levels. We meet monthly September through May with a social
outing in July. In October we have a social/picnic at Lake Lanier where spouses and friends attend. We are very
supportive of all the activities at BFUMC. Visitors are always welcome.
We have very meaningful programs at the meetings. Some of these include speakers from Gwinnett
Children's Shelter, Gwinnett Police Department, North Gwinnett Co-op, and our own Preschool program. We have at least
two Bible studies each year.
Some of our mission projects are:
- Hosting the Community Supper
- Putting up and decorating the Chrismon Tree
- Hosting plant sales and yard sales
- Hosting lunch with a Silent Auction
- Providing Christmas for a local family
- Providing preschool scholarships
- Participating in and providing scholarships to the youth and church mission projects
- Hosting Game Day at church
